I wish I had elopements like this all the time. Glorious location, wonderfully agreeable couple, and fantastic sunset! There was an especially funny moment when groom Jim had to run back to the limo mid-ceremony to fetch the rings, which will forever be a funny tale to tell about their wedding. So happy with these images.
How cute are Floyd & Kenny? The couple tied the knot at the Long Beach Museum of Art last month much to the joy of family and friends. They had the cutest details too, running with a handmade nautical theme!
Floyd's friend made all of these perfect mini plate favors, featuring adorable sea creatures.
Love this sweet First Look!
Wedding party looking good in navy blues!
Kenny's parents proudly escorting him down the aisle...
...while Kenny's aunt looks on.
More genius nautical details!
Congratulations to this happy couple!
Matt and David, who have been together for 15 years, came all the way from Florida to have a West Coast marriage ceremony at Venice Beach. A gorgeous California sunset, David's sister Tweety witnessing, a tender service via Carolyn from Great Officiants, and cheers of congratulations from passers-by; the perfect, heartfelt celebration of this couple's love and patience.
We are proud to announce that a same-sex inspiration session that we produced and photographed is currently being featured in the May 2012 issue of EquallyWed. We worked with a fantastic team of vendors on this and are thrilled with the outcome. Please share if you see a detail of interest that inspires you! Below are some of our favorites from the "East Coast" inspired session, with detail design by A Good Affair, photographed at Hyatt The Pike Long Beach. Complete with delicious appetizers and a s'mores station!Conceptually the project aimed to acknowledge the legalization of same-sex marriage in Eastern states such as Massachusetts and Washington D.C., and celebrates the recent legalization of gay marriage in the Western states such as Washington.
